Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Technician:
• Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and reconcile vendor statements
• Generate and distribute invoices and apply customer payments across multiple methods
• Support preparation of journal entries and support general ledger accuracy
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
• Assist with tax reporting and maintain organized financial records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on billing and collections
