We support licensed SLPs who want to grow their own independent practices without taking on administrative burden or upfront costs. Many clinicians start part-time and expand at their own pace while maintaining full control over their schedule and clinical approach.

What You'll Do

As an independent contractor SLP partnered with Kovo, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based treatment and patient education
• Document care in the platform (timely, accurate, compliant)
• Communicate with referring providers as appropriate
• Build and maintain your caseload through professional relationships and community presence
• Deliver a high-touch, one-on-one patient experience

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Speech Language Pathology license in Florida

Preferred

• 2+ years experience (helpful but not required if you're confident and self-directed)
• Existing referral relationships or a clear plan to build them
