SLP Job in Western WA $54-$65/hr + Stipends

AnetSpeech LLC is an SLP-owned staffing agency that places Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Washington schools. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality speech therapy services and staffing solutions, supporting districts and our SLPs throughout the school year.

Job Location

Near Tacoma, 1 hour from Seattle, 1 hr from Mt Rainier National Park, a couple hours to Olympic National Park.

Type of Job: Full-time (37.5 hours per full school week), In-Person

Location: Southeast of Tacoma, WA

Start Date: late August 2026


Benefits:

Relocation Stipend: yes for in-person SLP!

Compensation range: $51-67/hour, depending on experience and other factors

First paycheck has a $200 Materials stipend, Monthly Wellness stipend for ten months

Reimbursements: WA DOH SLP license (required) and ASHA CCCs (optional)

Support: Monthly team meetings, regular check-ins, chat/text support


Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

SLP License from WA DOH

WA ESA Certification from OSPI


Responsibilities:

• Serve students in PreK / Elementary / Middle / High School settings in-person in beautiful

western Washington or virtually from your home office

• RTI/MTSS team collaboration

• Multidisciplinary team collaboration

• Administer screenings and evaluations

• IEP writing and implementation

• Case management for select students

• Monitor progress and complete all necessary documentation

• Compliance with WAC 392-172A
