Job Description
Mechanical Designer
Company: NTG New Technology Group
Location: Louisville, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
About New Technology Group:
Why Join NTG?
At New Technology Group (NTG), we are not just drafting models — we are building coordinated, constructible systems that shape how projects are delivered. We operate at the intersection of design, technology, and field execution. Our work directly impacts installation efficiency, cost control, and project success. When you join NTG, you become part of a team that values precision, accountability, and continuous growth.
What Makes NTG Different
Integrated Coordination Model – We do not work in silos. Mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural coordination all work together. Our team members grow beyond a single discipline and develop a broader understanding of building systems.
Real Project Impact – Our models are not theoretical. They are used in the field to drive installation. We design with constructability in mind and solve problems before they reach the jobsite.
Growth-Focused Culture – NTG is growing and we promote from within. If you are willing to learn, take ownership, and expand your skillset, there is long-term opportunity here.
Challenging, High-Level Projects – Our portfolio includes complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments where precision matters.
Accountability Without Micromanagement – We trust our team to take ownership of their work. We value responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
Who Thrives at NTG?
Designers who want to grow beyond “just modeling,” individuals who think through installation and sequencing, professionals who want exposure to full-building coordination, and team players who communicate clearly and take pride in their work.
