Mechanical Engineer

We are hiring a Junior Manufacturing Engineer for a 12-month onsite contract role in Memphis, TN (100% onsite).

This position supports a medical device manufacturing transfer working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of products to supplier operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing transfer activities including inspection procedures and documentation
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports and technical documentation
• Assist with BOMs (Bills of Materials) and routing structures
• Ensure product readiness and support cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• Basic technical understanding and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Memphis, TN
• Any exposure to manufacturing or medical device industry is a plus
