Stable10 are working with a high-growth, technology-driven financial services business that’s scaling quickly- more revenue, more customers, and increasing operational complexity.

They’ve kept the finance team intentionally lean, which means this isn’t a “maintenance” hire. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to improve how things actually work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and driving the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Leading reconciliations across financial and operational systems
• Strengthening controls, processes, and reporting accuracy
• Identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Partnering with operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams
• Supporting ongoing system and finance transformation initiatives
• Working within an ERP environment (NetSuite preferred)

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance (financial services or regulated environment preferred)
• Big 4 background is a plus
• Strong grounding in financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex businesses
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite a strong advantage)
• A process-improvement mindset- someone who enjoys building, fixing, and scaling
• Clear communicator with strong analytical skills
