Title Processor

Work Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire Compensation: $50-55k/year Benefits: Insurance options, 401k match options, pto/sick time

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage title files from opening through closing
  • Enter and maintain accurate transaction information in title systems
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients
  • Order and track all required documentation and payoff information
  • Prepare settlement statements and ensure accuracy of financial figures
  • Issue checks, set up wires, and coordinate disbursement of funds
  • Assemble and distribute closing packages
  • Complete e?recording of documents
  • Prepare and issue final title policies
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and closing deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Title Processor or in a title company environment
  • Knowledge of title processing, closings, and post?closing procedures
  • Experience handling funds disbursement, wires, and checks
  • Familiarity with e?recording and title policy preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills with all transaction parties
