Support the Marketing & Sales Representative and sales teams by tracking progress, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with management to refine sales and customer engagement strategies for AT&T services to businesses. Maintain accurate documentation of customer accounts, sales reports, and Marketing & Sales Representative performance metrics. Marketing & Sales Representative Qualifications: Excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills. Motivated and goal-driven with a desire to master the Marketing & Sales Representative role with potential to grow into leadership and management roles. Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. Team-oriented individual who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting a group dynamic.
