Accreditation Support Specialist

The Accreditation Support Specialist provides administrative and organizational support for institutional and programmatic accreditation activities.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist in compiling and organizing accreditation documentation and evidence.
  • Support the development and formatting of accreditation reports and self-studies.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to accreditation standards and compliance.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and timelines related to accreditation activities.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of required materials to accrediting bodies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in academic support, compliance, or accreditation.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with accreditation processes for health-related academic programs.
  • Experience with CoAEMPS (Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions) or ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing).

Salary: $39.44 hourly.
