Litigation Attorney

LHH is working with a Civil Litigation firm in Manhattan Beach, CA, seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with at least 3+ years of experience handling pleadings, motions, discovery, and document review. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to develop case strategies and support litigation.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents in a timely manner.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, handle depositions, and participate in discovery-related proceedings.
• Analyze and review documents for case relevance, accuracy, and strategic importance.
• Assist in developing case strategies and communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
