Job Description:

Manages the integrity of quality, safety, and service data related to CMS, TJC, AH, and other regulatory agencies. Obtains and analyzes clinical data to identify process improvement opportunities. Reviews data, identifies trends, and reports findings. Inputs analysis into clinical databases for core measures and related programs. Recommends process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of patient care. Supports and maintains records, minutes, and data for quality-related committees. Educates physicians, nurses, allied health, and ancillary services as needed. Assists in the development of programs and onsite certification surveys with The Joint Commission. Manages and maintains Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE). Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. Participates in quality improvement projects and initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
