Responsible to accomplish the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) functions as required by CFR 121.373; conduct thorough examinations, surveillance, and analysis of the total maintenance system to ensure compliance and effectiveness with company procedures and federal regulations; perform internal and external audits. Provide audit and analysis reports as required; evaluate and oversee Airworthiness Directive and other applicable regulatory compliance for Part 121 air carrier, identify hazards, potential regulatory compliance and safety violations; provide support to the company Internal Evaluation Department (IEP); detect and analyze trends of program weaknesses or deficiencies; perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analysis to include human factors; evaluate corrective action plans for effectiveness; support Engineering and Maintenance Program functions to include the FAA approved Reliability Program as needed.
