Fleet Security Adviser (Regional)
Investigate, prevent, and mitigate negative acts (vandalism, aggressive behavior, minor collisions) against autonomous vehicles in the assigned region.
Must-Have QualificationsSworn officer with 15+ years of experience (Captain or Lieutenant preferred; Sergeant considered if all other requirements met)
Demonstrable reach, ideally via:
FBI Academy graduation (preferred)
1,000+ LinkedIn connections
Membership in specialized national teams (e.g., Bomb Squad)
Bachelor's degree in Public Safety, Transportation, Emergency Management, OR specialized traffic/traffic investigation certification
Certification desired in Incident Command System (ICS)
Traffic collision investigation (including serious/fatal incidents)
Traffic enforcement & safety principles
Incident command / emergency response coordination (ICS / NIMS)
Vehicle recovery program development/execution
Coordination with law enforcement, fire, EMS
First responder training & briefings
Field investigation monitoring & documentation
Investigative reporting & evidence packaging
Cross-functional collaboration (legal, security, safety)
Policy/procedure review for legal compliance
Independent decision-making in fast-paced environments
Clear written and verbal communication
Prior assignment to dedicated traffic or motor unit
Advanced accident reconstruction training & court testimony experience
Local law enforcement experience in the city of application
Occasional travel may be required to support new market launches

Local experience is highly preferred, especially at Lieutenant/Captain level in cities listed.
