Sales Development Representative

Compensation

Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission

• Year 1: $65K–$90K
• Year 2: $100K - 200 K+
• Year 3 Avg: $245K (average earnings for those who've been with ZSG for 3 or more years)

What You’ll Do

• Train under top 1% recruiting leaders and executives
• Prospect and build relationships with industry leaders
• Sell ZSG’s executive search services via calls, email, and networking
• Quickly develop into an Executive Recruiter (typically within 1–3 months)
