Manufacturing Supervisor with CNC Setup/ Programming exp

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor with CNC Set-up/Programming experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manufacturing supervision with the ability to operate CNC machinery and supervise CNC operators. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a supportive and hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee production functions in roughing and machining.

· Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources.

· Direct and mentor staff to produce quality products on time.

· Assist and train operators in the setup and programming of CNC machines.

· Set up and program machines on an ongoing basis.

· Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and inspection plans.

· Load/unload parts, inspect work using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

· Monitor machines for proper operation and remediate issues.

· Perform basic machine maintenance (change tooling, clean area, etc.).

· Keep accurate records of work performed and parts produced

Additional Responsibilities

· Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.

· Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation.

· Set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.

· Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.

· Drive accountability using coaching and support and performance management.

· Assess operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs.

· Implement manufacturing best practice tools and processes.

· Ensure compliance with environmental policies, systems and processes.

· Drive process improvement.

Qualifications:

· 3 years supervisory experience (5 to 8 employees)

· 10 years of CNC machine setup and programming experience.

· Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Plant Mechanic

Compensation: $25.00-$35.00/hr. –commensurate with experience and skill level

Overview:

Candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and emergency repair of precision equipment at a manufacturing plant. Knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is a must.

This role includes the responsibility of addressing issues with commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

An introduction to the layout of the company will be provided, but full experience of the above-mentioned topics is expected. This is a hands-on role, working closely with a team - not an office position.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate in English.

The ability to read technical drawings, use a digital multimeter, use, and maintain mechanic’s tools, and consistently use excellent safety practices is essential.

Experience stick welding is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment in a precision machine shop and foundry environment.

- Installation and upgrading of equipment.

- Updating documentation to reflect upgrades or changes made to equipment or systems.

Job Summary

The Porter supports the upkeep of the manufacturing plant and surrounding grounds. This role is responsible for routine cleaning, assisting with preventive maintenance tasks, helping mechanics as needed, and supporting general facility operations. This is a full-time, entry-level friendly position with training provided and opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, restrooms, cafeteria areas, and other plant facilities
  • Vacuum, sweep, and clean surfaces throughout the manufacturing plant
  • Assist with basic plant and grounds maintenance activities
  • Complete preventive maintenance checklists and scheduled tasks
  • Help remove scrap, waste, and other unwanted materials using hand trucks, carts, and forklifts
  • Assist mechanics and observe repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Support the general cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome
  • Prior experience in custodial work, general maintenance, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry is helpful but not required
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to follow instructions, complete assigned checklists, and work safely in an industrial environment
