Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) Educator | Itinerant | 2025–2026 School Year

Georgia Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with forward-thinking school leadership to hire a skilled Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Specialist for the current academic year. This full-time itinerant role offers a unique opportunity to support students across multiple campuses, ensuring access, inclusion, and meaningful participation in their educational experience. In this position, you'll deliver tailored instruction and communication support through a combination of American Sign Language (ASL), assistive listening technologies, and individualized learning plans. Working as an integral member of the student support network, you'll collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to promote academic achievement, language development, and strong student self-advocacy skills. Your impact will extend beyond direct instruction—you'll help shape accessibility initiatives, advise staff on instructional adaptations, and reinforce a school culture where students who are deaf or hard of hearing feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Requirements:

• Fluency in ASL is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid Georgia Professional Educator License (PEL) with DHH endorsement.
• Previous experience working with DHH students in educational environments.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation, including accommodations and support services.
