LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum:

  • Bachelors Degree (If assessing competency of others, a Bachelors Degree in chemical, physical or biological science is required)

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Preferred:

  • Current California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Licensure and experience has been validated and has been deemed qualified under the guidelines of the State of California and CLIA to perform clinical laboratory tests and examinations classified as waived, moderate or high complexity as described under CLIA.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum:

  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills; and a working knowledge of information systems.

Preferred:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills, Visio

  • Ability to successfully work with individuals across multiple divisions, including management.
  • The employee communicates effectively. Ability to effectively produce written reports and give oral reports.
