Accounting Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team and lead the General Accounting function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial operations. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners while continuously enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the general accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
• Partner with internal teams to drive the optimization of accounting processes and systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate the audit process.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior leadership, offering strategic insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across finance operations.
• Support internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• CPA with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and experience working in a Big Four firm or a similarly fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Teamwork and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
