If you’ve got sharp eyes and a knack for spotting the smallest changes, this role is your stage. As a Monitor Tech, you’ll be the heartbeat detective, keeping a close watch on cardiac rhythms and making sure nothing slips under the radar. Think of yourself as the quiet guardian of patient safety, minus the cape (unless you bring your own).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry systems
• Identify and report any irregularities to the nursing team pronto
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient heart activity
• Ensure monitoring equipment is functioning properly at all times
• Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to support patient care
• Stay alert and focused because every second counts

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of Monitor Tech or telemetry experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and EKG interpretation
• Attention to detail sharper than a scalpel
• Ability to stay focused during long shifts (coffee helps, but skills matter more)
• Certification in telemetry or EKG preferred
