Corporate Controller
Location: Remote
Salary: $175,000–$225,000 depending on experience

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate accounting functions including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with executive leadership to support financial strategy and operational decision-making
• Manage, mentor, and develop a multi-level accounting team
• Maintain internal controls and support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and financial reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Background in construction or manufacturing industries
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
