Brand Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Brand Sales Representative to support marketing campaigns and in-person customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on representing client brands, assisting with promotional strategies, and supporting sales efforts in a team-based environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are interested in marketing and sales, and want hands-on experience in a customer-facing role. Training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities * Learn and communicate key features and benefits of client products and services * Support direct marketing and promotional campaigns * Collaborate with marketing associates and sales managers to increase brand awareness * Engage with customers in person to provide information and support the sales process * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions * Share feedback and insights with team members to improve campaign performance * Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required * 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or brand representation is a plus, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow * Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Compensation & Work Environment * This role includes in-person customer engagement and sales activities * On-the-job training and team support provided If you are looking to build experience in brand marketing and sales while working directly with customers, we encourage you to apply.
