Accounting Manager

We are currently seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced, multi-entity produce company with direct impact on financial operations and process improvement.

Compensation: $75,046.40 – $90,000 annually

• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial data accuracy
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
• Supervise and develop a small accounting team
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with multi-entity accounting (strongly preferred)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Hands-on ERP experience (QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
• Mandarin speaking preferred (a strong plus)
