Role: GTM Strategist (Finance AI Implementation)

Location: Texas (Austin preferred) | Salary: Up to $180,000

The Mission We are supporting a high-growth, 40-person AI startup that has rapidly scaled to $10M ARR. They are looking for a GTM Strategist with a Big 4 or top-tier advisory background to report directly to the Founder. In this role, you will act as a high-level consultant, partnering with clients’ CFOs and desk-level users to adopt and implement FinOps AI solutions, driving faster month-end closes and modernizing their finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder and product team to refine client implementation and GTM playbook and ensure our GTM strategy aligns with enterprise finance needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client CFOs, guiding them through the adoption of AI to automate AR and accelerate finance operations.
• Support client organizations in transitioning from manual finance workflows to AI-augmented "Fast Close" environments.
• Use your Big 4/Financial Advisory (tax acceptable) pedigree to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and the rigorous compliance and operational standards required by finance leaders.

The Ideal Profile

• 3–6 years of experience within MBB, Big 4 Advisory (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) or a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Must be confident using AI agents to reduce busy work
• CPA would make you stand out but not a must
• Strong client-facing personal
• Proven ability to lead high-level discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of finance technology, the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, and the practical application of AI in accounting.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
