- Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000+
- PLUS Productivity Incentivesthat reward you for patient care access! Giving you more control of your own compensation and adding anywhere from $9k - $32k to your annual package.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and selected manual techniques within PTA scope
- Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with PTs, physicians, and clinic staff to support excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Role Requirements:
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
- Current California PT license (or license-eligible)
