Job Overview

Join a high-growth, global company at a pivotal pre-IPO stage. The legal team is lean by design—giving you real ownership, visibility, and the chance to operate as a true cross-functional advisor.

This role has a strong focus on supporting the corporate, securities, and M&A functions, while also partnering across the business on commercial and strategic initiatives. It’s not a people management role today, but offers significant growth potential as the company and team continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support corporate, securities, and M&A workstreams, including transactions, governance, and pre-IPO readiness
  • Own and negotiate high-impact commercial deals across partners, and vendors
  • Act as a trusted advisor—balancing legal risk with business speed and opportunity
  • Partner cross-functionally (GTM, finance, product, leadership) to structure creative, scalable deals
  • Help drive international expansion and other strategic initiatives
  • Build and refine legal templates, processes, and playbooks to support global growth
  • Contribute to compliance, board materials, and corporate governance

About You

  • JD + active bar membership
  • 5+ years of experience (top firm and/or high-growth in-house environment)
  • Strong experience in corporate, securities, and/or M&A work, plus commercial contracting
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-ownership environment
  • Sharp judgment and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Clear, pragmatic communicator who partners effectively across functions
