JOB SUMMARY:
A Rose Valley Management Service Technician is an essential team member who is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing preventative and routine maintenance throughout the property grounds and in resident units. In this role you’ll help deliver high-quality, hospitality-driven living experiences to our 336-unit Garden style community located in Middletown, CT.

As an essential player in the continued success of the property, it is important our Service Technician has excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. Additionally, prior experience working in maintenance at an apartment community is a must and strong written, verbal and computer skills are preferred.
