The Role:

You'll be the circulatory system of our practice - managing appointments, coordinating care, and ensuring every patient interaction reflects the warmth and precision SMILE HOUSE is known for. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-touch environment and takes genuine pride in making people feel seen, heard, and cared for.


What You'll Do:

• Own scheduling with precision - keeping appointments seamless and on time

• Be the first and lasting impression for every patient who walks in

• Coordinate care and work with patients and clinical staff to treatment plan across our multi-specialty team

• Handle patient inquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

• Maintain accurate patient records and support office operations

• Communicate effectively using dental and medical terminology


What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in the dental or healthcare industry

• Exceptional communication and customer service presence

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

• Familiarity with dental/healthcare software

• A genuine hospitality mindset - patient experience is everything

• Bachelor's degree or healthcare-related certification preferred

• Must be able to commute to our Tribeca, NYC and/or UES locations 5 days per week


Full-Time On-Site Tribeca and/or Upper East Side
