Allied Digestive Health, a partner-led group of gastroenterology specialists across 45-plus offices and endoscopy centers, is seeking a Full Time CRNA to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing a wide range of digestive health and endoscopic procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Working closely with gastroenterologists, nurses, and support staff, you will perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthesia and sedation plans, and safely administer anesthesia throughout procedures. You will be responsible for continuous intraoperative monitoring, airway management, hemodynamic stabilization, and timely intervention in the event of changes in patient status or procedural complications. Following each procedure, you will oversee post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management, postoperative evaluation, and discharge readiness, while educating patients and their families on what to expect after sedation or anesthesia. You will utilize modern anesthesia machines, monitoring technology, and electronic health records to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
