$80-$92/hour (approx. $166K-$191K annually)

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, OTR/L for a full-time, clinic-based role in downtown Santa Barbara. This is a structured pediatric setting with consistent hours, no travel, and a collaborative clinical team.

OTR/L Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to children ages 3-18
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address sensory processing, fine motor, motor planning, and ADLs
• Deliver direct therapy in a clinic-based setting
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team
• Support children with developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs

OTR/L Requirements:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to engage children and support family education
• Open to new graduates with pediatric focus

OTR/L Compensation:

• $80-$92/hour (approx. $166K-$191K annually)
• Open to higher range for strong candidates
• Full-time, stable schedule
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Clinic-based role, no travel required
