Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Clinic Manager position based in Miami, FL. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance with medical and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing effective training programs, optimizing customer service experience, and collaborating our medical professionals to ensure seamless clinic performance. The Clinic Manager serves as a key leader in the delivery of exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic operations
• Experience in Training and team development to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient staff
• Basic understanding of Medicine and healthcare protocols to support clinical operations
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in a clinic or medical practice management role is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
