IEP Therapy is seeking a Clinical Fellowship Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based speech and language services to students, supporting their ability to access and succeed in the educational environment. In this role, you will work under the guidance of an experienced, ASHA-certified Speech Language Pathologist who will serve as your clinical fellowship mentor. You will participate in evaluations, develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals, deliver direct and indirect therapy services, and monitor student progress in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams. Your work will focus on providing personalized, evidence-based interventions addressing speech sound production, language, fluency, social communication, and related communication needs identified in students’ IEPs. As a Clinical Fellow with IEP Therapy, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative culture that emphasizes high-quality, student-centered care and professional growth. You will receive guidance in documentation practices, compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and the use of digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and data collection. You will attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting and progress reporting, and communicate regularly with caregivers and school staff regarding students’ communication development. You will also be encouraged to participate in professional development opportunities and access resources designed to help you successfully complete your clinical fellowship, prepare for your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in school-based speech-language pathology. This position is ideal for a motivated, compassionate graduate from an accredited speech-language pathology program who is ready to begin a clinical fellowship year in a school setting. You should be comfortable working with diverse student populations, including students with a range of disabilities and communication needs. Strong organizational skills, professional written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage a school caseload with supervision are essential. In this role, you will schedule and deliver therapy sessions, maintain accurate and timely documentation, participate in assessments under supervision, and contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive learning environment. IEP Therapy offers a structured mentorship model, collaboration with other therapists across disciplines, and opportunities for continuing education so you can grow clinically while making a meaningful, daily impact on students’ lives.
