IEP Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year to provide high‑quality speech and language services to students in an educational setting. As a member of the Healthcare & Medical Services department within the Education & Training industry, you will work directly with school teams to help students access the curriculum, develop communication skills, and achieve their individualized education goals. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, interpret evaluation results, and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans based on student strengths, needs, and educational requirements. You will deliver evidence‑based therapy services individually and in small groups, targeting receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, pragmatic language, and augmentative and alternative communication as appropriate. Collaboration is central to this position: you will participate in IEP meetings, consult with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families, and provide strategies that support communication across school routines and learning activities. You will complete and maintain clear, timely documentation including evaluation reports, progress notes, Medicaid or billing documentation where required, and data tracking to monitor and report student progress. The position also involves providing input on eligibility determinations, making recommendations for service delivery models, and offering staff and parent training on communication supports, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology. IEP Therapy fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, emphasizing personalized care for students and empowering each therapist to make a meaningful impact in schools. You will have access to resources for continuing education, professional development opportunities, and ongoing clinical support to help you refine your practice and stay current with best practices in school‑based speech‑language pathology. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and comfortable working across multiple grade levels and school sites, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse students, families, and staff. This role is well‑suited for clinicians who value both clinical excellence and the opportunity to directly influence students’ educational experiences. By joining IEP Therapy, you will be part of a mission‑driven team committed to ensuring that each student receives individualized, high‑quality speech‑language services that support academic success and long‑term communication outcomes.
