Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to provide essential transactional HR support across two Maryland locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, stable team with long-term growth potential as the HR function continues to expand. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, people-centered, reliable, and comfortable supporting both office and plant environments.
Salary - $70-$90k

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
- Provide day‑to‑day HR transactional support across 2 locations
- Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for employee questions and HR communication
- Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, I‑9 verification, and personnel file maintenance
- Maintain HR documents, records, and employee communications
- Coordinate with third‑party benefits providers and update employee changes
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance tasks, and ongoing process improvements
- Help implement updated HR systems or tools (ADP experience helpful)
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Bilingual English–Spanish
- 5+ years' experience in HR support, HR administration, or HR operations
- ADP experience preferred, or must be a quick learner with strong tech skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, follow‑through, and communication
- Collaborative, respectful, and dependable with strong attention to detail
