Senior Product Analyst - Retail/E-commerce/Digital

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to work for one of our well-recognized retail clients. If you have prior large brand, retail, e-commerce, and SKU experience and love to manage data and collaborate with international teams this role is for you! Must be local to the Columbus, OH area able to work a hybrid schedule.

Contract: 3 months to start – highly likely to extend – this is a new role for the Team

Location: Columbus, OH – hybrid schedule 2-3 days in the office to start

Pay Rate: $45 – 50 hour on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person plays a key role in delivering high‐quality international partner eCommerce experiences.

This role focuses on PDP data accuracy, Salesforce execution, digital site planning, partner site proofing, and launch support.

Your Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, SKU tracking or related fields
  • Background working with retail data is highly desired
  • Communicating with international teams
  • Strong data management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and structured communicator
  • Experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Your Impact:

PDP Data & Salesforce Execution

  • Execute day‐to‐day PDP data updates in Salesforce for international partner sites
  • Build, update, and deliver product data for floorsets, special collections, and launches
  • Maintain product and asset trackers to support on‐time partner delivery
  • Proactively identify missing data or assets and drive resolution with internal teams
  • Manage partner data requests and confirm completion clearly and proactively

Digital Site Plans & Site Updates

  • Build and maintain digital site plans covering homepage content, PLPs, features, and campaigns
  • Deliver clear, well‐organized site plans aligned with brand and merchandising direction
  • Track changes to ensure all planned content is delivered accurately and on time

Execution Expectations

  • Deliver accurate, thoughtful work with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and proactively around status, timelines, and risks
  • Stay organized across Salesforce, trackers, and site plans
  • Work independently within established processes while flagging issues early
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
