We are looking for a seasoned, tenacious, critically-minded Event Marketing Producer to lead the execution of high-touch sponsor activations and experiential programs across premium live events. This role is primarily sponsorship-focused, with additional support across broader Apex productions throughout the year.
You will own sponsor relationships end-to-end—managing communication, expectations, and experience—while translating needs into fully executed on-site environments in partnership with internal production teams. You will also support additional event production initiatives beyond sponsorship activations as part of the wider Apex portfolio.
Operating in high-visibility, high-expectation environments, you will serve as the key link between sponsors and production, ensuring every activation is executed seamlessly and to a world-class standard.
You’re a great fit if this sounds like you…
• Experience in sponsorship, client services, experiential marketing, or event production
• Several years of experience in agency, venue, or brand environments
• Confident managing direct client and sponsor relationships
• Strong ability to translate client needs into event execution
• Calm, highly organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with awareness of full production scope
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Able to manage multiple sponsors, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do...
• Act as primary sponsor and client contact from pre-event through execution
• Lead execution of sponsor activations including booths, branded environments, and experiential spaces
• Translate sponsor needs into clear production requirements
• Manage event logistics including load-in, load-out, scheduling, and on-site coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams across scenic, tenting, staffing, and experiential elements
• Ensure sponsor activations are delivered to a high standard and aligned with brand expectations
• Oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot in real time
• Support broader Apex event production projects as needed
• Participate in pre-event planning, site visits, and client alignment calls
