What You’ll Do:

• Support CRM-driven member outreach initiatives to enhance engagement and overall satisfaction
• Communicate exclusively with current members regarding their dues
• Make outbound calls to appropriate company contacts and communicate payment reminders clearly and professionally
• Escalate situations where a company is unable to pay
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, copying documents, and other general office tasks
• Assist with data entry, including event registrations and annual conferences
• Oversee membership dues collection through proactive calls and email communication, while tracking and reporting status updates
• Provide data entry support for event registrations, annual conferences, and membership records across internal systems and databases

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as GoTo Webinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and accuracy skills
• Consistently meets deadlines and delivers work on schedule
• Actively seeks and incorporates internal customer feedback to improve satisfaction
