Finance Specialist

Job Title: Program Finance Analyst

Location: Lynchburg, VA

Pay Range: $35-$38.50/hr on W2 and upon conversion $80k

Essential Functions:

· Execute financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness to meet month-end/quarter-end closing requirements

· Support completion of PSPC Corporate Finance Schedules and submit to FP&A Manager for review and consolidation of Financial Reporting

· Partner with Functional Leaders across the business to maintain Capital Acquisition Forecasting in support of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

· Execute on Capital Requests to support the business needs through financial analysis and form submissions to request spend.

· Support FP&A Manager in day to day recurring reports, requests, around Headcount, Utilization, and Department budgets

· Participate in Revenue Calls to upkeep financial forecast for Products Portfolio and weekly Pacing updates

· Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as required

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

· 2-4 years Accounting Systems (ERP/GL) Experience

· 2-4 years demonstrated proficiency in Excel (Intermediate skills)
