We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer at Remote Vans.
If you've ever seen a premium Class B adventure van and thought "someone should be telling that story better" — this role is for you.
Remote Vans builds what we believe are the finest hand-crafted adventure vans in America. Our customers don't compromise. Our marketing needs to match.
We're looking for a creative leader who will own the full marketing function — strategy, content, community, and AI — and who's ready to build something from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

→ Marketing strategy
Identify the highest-leverage channels in a rapidly evolving industry. Set annual direction, adapt quarterly, and measure everything ruthlessly.
→ Content creation & YouTube
This is a primary channel — not an afterthought. You'll direct our content vision, travel to shoot video and stills in the field, and work with a dedicated video editor and graphic designer to produce output that makes people stop scrolling.
→ AI optimization
Lead our adoption of AI across marketing and business operations. We expect you to be a native user, not a curious observer.
→ Rolling Nomads community
Our owner community lives in a private Facebook Group called the Rolling Nomads. You'll own that relationship — programming, communication, tone, and the trust that comes with it.

▪ A creative director who can write a brief and execute on instinct
▪ Comfortable on camera or behind one in the field
▪ Someone who has actually built a YouTube audience — show us the work
▪ A hands-on AI user who builds workflows, not just prompts
▪ Experienced managing an active online community
▪ Someone who has marketed a premium physical product and understands that at $150K+, the buyer is purchasing identity, not specs
▪ Energized by travel, shows, and being in the environments where our vans actually go
