We're currently seeking a full-time Cash Management Specialist to join our Corporate Office team in Altoona, PA.
The Cash Management Specialist will serve as a liaison between the bank and our commercial banking customers and perform various administrative and customer service duties in support of the bank's Cash Management function.
As a Cash Management Specialist, you'll get to:
- Perform daily administrative tasks related to the management of commercial customer accounts and services.
- Provide exceptional service and support to our commercial banking customers, ensuring that customer inquiries and support requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the bank's Cash Management tools and services from both an end-user and technical perspective.
- Provide customer training and technical support for online banking platforms as needed.
- Provide needs-based product recommendations to customers as appropriate.
- Support our Cash Management Officer(s) during the sales and contract process; Set up and implement various cash management accounts/services including - but not limited to - Business Online, monitoring of Positive Pay, and fraud/risk mitigation.
- Maintain agreements and customer files for Cash Management services.
- Perform deposit account verification tasks; Process ACH, wires, and reconcile daily deposits.
Requirements:
The right candidate for this position should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in banking or a Deposit Operations-related position normally required.
- Specialized banking education and training; a high level of retail, commercial and general banking knowledge.
- Strong customer-service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License; ability and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
Work Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment. This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the day, with frequent need to move about the immediate workspace or to other areas of the department/building to accomplish tasks. Constant use of repeated motions involving the hands, wrists and fingers is required, as well as an ability to observe details at close range throughout the day. May occasionally need to bend, stoop, reach or stretch to retrieve items or accomplish tasks. May occasionally adjust or move items weighing up to 10 lbs.
