ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.Job Description & Requirements

Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity:
  RN - CVICU Float Pool
  Job Details:
  Work 12-hour shifts with 36 hours per week requirement
  Alternating weekend schedule
  Patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 (occasionally 3:1 depending on acuity)
  Float to all areas as needed
  ICU experience required
  Must have experience with titration of vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, and paralytics
  Required skills include experience with ventilators, trachs, and telemetry interpretation
  Must understand hemodynamics and PA catheter setup and interpretation
  Advanced skills preferred: IABP, Impella, and CRRT experience
  Work with equipment including ventilators, telemetry, Baxter IV pumps, IABP, CRRT, Impella, and hypothermia devices
  Use Cerner documentation system
  Unit procedures include cardioversion, central line insertion, EGD, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertions, pericardiocentesis, and thoracentesis
  16-bed unit staffed with RNs only (no HUC or PCT support)
  Dress code requires navy or navy and white scrubs only
  No certifications required, but CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT certifications appreciated
