LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST-PRN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within our regional healthcare organization in Maryland. In this PRN role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services across a continuum of care that may include acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, supporting patients of diverse ages and backgrounds as they work to restore function, maximize independence, and improve quality of life. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive and perceptual skills, and safe use of adaptive equipment. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, you will contribute your clinical expertise to coordinated care plans that reflect LifeBridge Health’s commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include clear and timely documentation in the electronic medical record, regular communication with patients and families to provide education and support, and participation in discharge planning and home safety recommendations.
