Accounting Manager / Controller
Salary: $125K - $170K

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager / Controller:
• Lead monthly and annual close processes and prepare financial statements
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis against operating results
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audits
• Oversee debt financing activities and ongoing debt service
• Monitor capital spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Provide financial analysis to support contracts and investment decisions
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager / Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 7–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or refining environments
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation strongly preferred
• Proven experience with financial statement reporting and budgeting
