Pride Health is hiring for a permanent Regional Laboratory Supervisor to lead and support daily operations of a laboratory in Edina, MN 55435. Job Summary

The Regional Laboratory Supervisor provides multi-site leadership, technical oversight, and operational management across laboratory locations in the South Metro region. This role ensures standardized laboratory practices, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and optimal staffing across all sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Operations & Oversight

Provide operational leadership across multiple laboratory sites (Edina, Burnsville, Chaska)

Standardize workflows, policies, and best practices across locations

Travel extensively to ensure on-site support and consistency ( 80%)

Maintain proficiency in LIS, PMS, EHR, RALS, and laboratory systems

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with CLIA, COLA, OSHA, and applicable regulatory standards

Maintain documentation aligned with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or medical laboratory science

Certification:

  • ASCP (or equivalent) - Required

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of high-complexity laboratory experience
  • 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience managing multi-site laboratory operations
