They represent a large portfolio of lender clients including major investment banks and private credit funds. Role
In this role, you will primarily work on NAV finance and asset-based lending transactions, taking on significant drafting, negotiation, and client-facing responsibilities. You will operate at a high level, involved in key negotiations, ideal for someone eager to lead workstreams and contribute meaningfully to a rapidly expanding practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate core documentation for NAV and asset-based fund finance transactions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, counterparties, and internal teams throughout the deal process.
- Lead substantive workstreams with increasing autonomy and responsibility.
- Participate in closings, negotiations, and structuring discussions.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of fund finance specialists.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years' experience in fund finance, NAV and/or subscription finance experience would be ideal. However, our client will also consider candidates with leveraged finance experience as well as borrower-side finance experience.
- Must have significant drafting experience beyond diligence and ancillary documents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage transactions with minimal oversight.
