What You'll Do
Maintain accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and customer account collections
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Support financial reporting and audit preparation
Monitor cash flow and company expenses
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
Assist walk-in customers with payments in a professional and friendly manner
Provide phone support for scheduling and billing inquiries
What We're Looking For
Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Professionalism, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
Experience with AP, AR, collections, and bank reconciliations required
Experience with accounting software required; Acumatica experience is a plus
Payroll support experience is a plus
Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment preferred
