This is a hands-on field role that combines:

You'll stay active and engaged in the field while stepping away from the demands of full-scale installation crews and constant heavy labor.

- Perform light service repairs on previous installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Complete minor repairs involving:
- Windows
- Roofing
- Siding
- Gutters
- Gutter protection
- Insulation
- Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
- Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
- Enter measurements and job information into company software
- Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners
- Experience installing:
- Windows
- Roofing
- Siding
- Gutters
- Exterior home improvement products
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic technology and software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Service technician experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Residential construction background
- Exterior remodeling experience
- Experience troubleshooting installation issues
- Experienced installers ready to transition into a lighter-duty position

Full-Time
Monday-Friday Typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
