Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist located in Williamsport, PA. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds and needs. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients in managing their mental health goals and accessing community resources.

- Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Mental Health principles and practices
- Ability to assess client needs and implement evidence-based interventions
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
