Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat tree and shrub health issues
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and soil treatments
• Identify insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stressors
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate treatment records and route schedules
• Support proactive plant health programs across residential and commercial properties

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years of Plant Health Care experience preferred
• Background with companies in the green industry (tree services, landscaping)
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s License highly preferred
• Registered Technician license considered for more entry-level candidates
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Clean driving record and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
