Job Description

  • Perform structural design for steel, concrete, wood, and other building systems.
  • Analyze structures for wind, seismic, vibration, progressive collapse, and other unique loading conditions.
  • Build and work within 3D finite element models to support efficient and accurate structural design.
  • Coordinate and develop Revit models as part of the design, coordination, and documentation process.
  • Work closely with senior engineers, principals, architects, contractors, owners, and project teams.
  • Support projects from early design through construction administration.
  • Prepare clear, coordinated, high-quality construction documents.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of project types, structural systems, materials, and technical challenges.
  • Take on increasing responsibility as your experience, confidence, and technical ability grow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field with a structural focus.
  • 0+ years of structural engineering experience, including internship experience.
  • Strong foundation in structural analysis and design.
  • Interest in steel, concrete, wood, and building structural systems.
  • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Motivation to learn, contribute, collaborate, and grow professionally.
  • Experience with RAM, ETABS, SAP, Revit, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
