Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – $130,000 to $145,000

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a GREAT client to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, and financial analysis for a manufacturing facility in Colusa, CA. This role partners closely with Operations and Finance leadership to support plant performance and drive operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Manage plant budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• Support payroll review, capital projects, and internal controls
• Partner with operations to improve reporting and reduce costs
• Support audits and financial compliance activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
• 5–10 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years of manufacturing accounting experience
• SAP experience highly preferred
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Cost accounting and inventory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
